Our carrot blossom honey is medium to dark amber, rich and earthy with a slight chocolate aroma and flavor notes of pumpkin & berries. Thick & luxurious consistency with a buttery finish.  Honey bees pollinate carrot plants that are being grown to produce the following year’s carrot seeds here in Oregon.  If you are a fan of a dark wildflower, you should give carrot honey a try!

Our Bee-Licious Honey is pure, raw, and unfiltered, which means it may naturally crystallize over time. This is a normal process and does not affect the quality or usability of the honey.

Eating is challenging to several in my family, so when we purchased Bee-licious Carrot Honey for the first time, it was the smallest jar. Amazingly, my daughter who’d asked for it has found it to be the only honey she can handle, which is a miracle. I’m buying more (and the largest size) today as her sample jar is nearly used up. It’s yummy, not overwhelming, and delightfully light with its unique flavor. Don’t miss trying it.
