Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Prepare the Cupcake Batter:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the honey and beat until well combined.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Bake the Cupcakes:
Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.

Allow the cupcakes to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Garnish the Cupcakes:
Once the cupcakes are completely cooled, place a fresh strawberry on top of each cupcake.
Drizzle honey over the top of each cupcake and strawberry.
