Greek Yogurt Parfait with Granola and Honey

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup granola
  • 3 tbsp honey (for drizzling)

Directions

Assemble the Parfait:

  1. Divide the granola evenly among the 3 serving glasses or bowls, placing it at the bottom of each.
  2. Add a layer of Greek yogurt on top of the granola in each glass.
  3. Add another layer of granola on top of the yogurt in each glass.
  4. Top with a final layer of Greek yogurt.
  5. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the top layer of yogurt in each glass.

Serve:

  1. Serve immediately for a fresh and crunchy texture or chill in the refrigerator for up to an hour before serving.
