Ingredients

  • 8-10 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 ounces brie or camembert cheese, cut into small pieces
  • ΒΌ cup pecan nuts
  • 3 tablespoons honey with ginger

Directions

Prepare the Dates:

  1. Cut each pitted date in half lengthwise to create small pockets.

Stuff the Dates:

  1. Place a small piece of cheese and a pecan nut into each date half. Press gently to ensure the cheese and nuts stay inside.

Arrange and Drizzle:

  1. Arrange the stuffed dates on a serving platter.
  2. Drizzle the honey generously over the stuffed dates
