Springbank Honey is a family-run business with more than 70 years of beekeeping history in northern Canterbury. Its team manages hives across the region and sources honey from other parts of New Zealand. Our collection includes certified organic Manuka in multiple MGO grades, along with Clover and Honeydew honey.

Western Australia: Koora Jarrah Honey

Koora Jarrah honey comes from the Jarrah forests of Western Australia. It has a smooth texture and caramel-like flavor. Each batch is independently tested to confirm its TA35+ rating, a measure of antibacterial activity in a laboratory test.
