In the village of Os de Balaguer in the heart of Catalonia, Torrons i Mel Alemany has created a universe of sweetness.
For five generations, the alemany family has selected honey from only the best beekeepers and prepared artisanal turron. The history of Torrons i Mel Alemany dates back to the end of the 19th century when Mrs. Mundeta made sweets with honey and nuts from the area.
Alemany specializes in monoflower honey which it collects from beekeepers throughout the country.
Alemany is always innovating, creating the concept of honey with added value with its gourmet honey line.
